Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to provide high-quality service at the front desk, handling cash transactions and assisting customers with loyalty programs.

You will also manage returns, money orders, gift cards, and lottery transactions while keeping the service area clean and organized. In this role, you’ll work with a team to maintain efficient checkout operations, adhere to policies, and support store goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money handling machines.
• Strong problem-solving to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task and keep work area organized.
• Capable of working independently and in a large team.
• Regular and predictable attendance with professional conduct.

Responsabilités

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments.
• Assist customers with loyalty program questions or sign-ups.
• Bag items and maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to grooming policy.
• Handle returns, gift cards, money orders, and other transactions as needed.
