Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to deliver high-quality service at the storefront.

You will operate electronic scanning cash registers, receive payments, apply discounts and coupons, assist customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups, and bag items. You will also handle money orders, lottery tickets, and wire transfers, process returns, sell gift cards, and maintain the cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar setting.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money-counting machines.
• Ability to handle stress and resolve issues calmly.
• Strong communication and follow-through with customers and team.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments.
