You will also sell money orders, lotto, and transfer funds, process returns, and stock the display area while maintaining a clean desk.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related background.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money-counting machines.
• Capable of handling wire transfers and lottery transactions.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Clear instructions and effective communication with customers and team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service at the front desk.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and apply discounts and coupons.
• Assist with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups and bag items.
• Sell money orders, lotto tickets, and perform wire transfers.
• Process returns, sell gift cards, and maintain a clean, organized desk area.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to uniform policy.
