Overview

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of Front-End operations.

  • Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  • Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management.
  • Provide register coverage as needed and support cashiers through complex transactions.
  • Assist manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
  • Promote and train teammates on company programs (e.g., customer loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
  • Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
  • Support the team across the store as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
