Job summary

Dollar Tree in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes safety, customer relations, accurate cash handling, and teamwork. You will lift up to 50 lbs, follow instructions, and contribute to a respectful store atmosphere. Part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions and operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
