Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar setting is highly preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Basic math proficiency for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and ensuring store cleanliness.
• Providing friendly interactions with customers and associates.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting store assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
