Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Brooklyn Center, MN to assist with daily store operations, customer service, and front-end duties. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment and support cash register transactions as needed, contributing to a positive experience for every guest.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cash register.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math for cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash, to keep areas neat.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions while working the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
