Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, delivering outstanding service while handling various transactions in a welcoming environment aligned with our policies, core values and top priorities.

The CSR will support store safety, food service standards, and product quality, while being cross-trained to cover multiple responsibilities and adapting to shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret basic policies.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Protect cash and inventory; follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment including restrooms.
• Assist customers with self-checkout where applicable.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
