Job summary

HEB is seeking a Customer Service Representative to stock and maintain a department while delivering superior customer service. You will stock, rotate products daily, organize back area for night crew, ensure shelf tags and signage accuracy, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

In this role you will assist customers, answer questions, help with selections, and support the department's displays and merchandising. Evening or flexible shifts may be required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and stocking knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products daily to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assists with inventory control and loads/unloads merchandise.
• Maintain department appearance, signage, and cleanliness to support sales.
• Provide superior customer service by answering questions and helping customers locate items.
