Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain a well-stocked department and deliver superior customer service. You will stock, rotate products, and ensure department safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include inventory support, back-area organization, signage creation, and assisting customers with selections. You will help maintain displays, handle merchandise, and uphold quality and store SOPs. 18+ and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate items daily while maintaining department standards.
• Assist inventory control and move product as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sales floor, displays and equipment.
• Assist customers by locating products and answering questions.
• Prepare tags and signs as needed; build and maintain store displays.
