Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Pottstown, PA. You will support daily store operations, including merchandising, front-end duties, and customer interactions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Processing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
