Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Blandon, PA. You’ll assist with merchandising, help customers, and be cross-trained to operate the cash register and front-end tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred; ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, grocery or related environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent standing, walking and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste reduction.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and coworkers.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
