Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. You’ll help create a clean, welcoming shopping experience and assist customers with purchases and questions.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You’ll work with a friendly team, handle cash at the register, and keep the store safe and orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Support cash register operations and process transactions.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store environment including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Protect company assets and manage cash with accuracy.
