Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II in Carlisle, PA to support daily store operations, merchandise, and customer service. You will assist with front-end duties and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while providing friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.

The role requires prior retail/customer service experience, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship–management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling required

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely per productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping areas neat
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team
• Handling sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Keeping cash secure and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned
