Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II in Canon City, Colorado to support daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safe handling of cash, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and assisting with transactions at the register while upholding safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and general neatness.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
