Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Colorado to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking, and maintaining safety and professionalism in interactions with customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is highly valued and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and sustain frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation
• Other duties as assigned*
