Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Grand Forks, ND is hiring for a framing specialist who helps customers create custom framing solutions and assists with Omni channel processes. You will operate framing equipment, assist shoppers, and ensure a well merchandised, in-stock store for a positive shopping experience.

Role focuses on completing framing orders on time, maintaining the frame department, and delivering friendly customer service in a busy retail environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
