Job summary

Dollar Tree in Camp Hill, PA seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. This role requires a friendly, energetic approach and cross-training on cash register duties as needed.

Part-time position with emphasis on a clean, welcoming shopping environment. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, math for cash handling, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store customer service preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions and operate cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer service.
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as required.
• Maintain clean, presentable store areas including restrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
