Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in the United States. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
