Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our retail team and deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. In this role you will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales at the cash register, stock and maintain store cleanliness, load/unload merchandise, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for teammates and shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
