Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and protect cash while maintaining stock levels and store cleanliness.

The role requires wearing many hats from stocking shelves to unloading trucks and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff. Part-time hours and a fast-paced environment await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restocked bathrooms, swept/mopped floors, trash removed, and areas neat.
