Family Dollar in Sims, North Carolina is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, restock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience is preferred, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will work with a team to meet productivity standards and deliver courteous service while upholding
