Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help shoppers at our Plains, PA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while standing and walking for extended periods. Part-time hours, a friendly team, and opportunities for growth in a retail environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and follow instructions.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Good physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
