Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet physical demands, with or without accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and neat presentation of the store and restrooms.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
