Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Kissimmee, FL, for part-time work at our store. You will assist customers, process sales, and help maintain a secure cash environment while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

You’ll contribute to keeping shelves stocked, unloading trucks, and ensuring a clean, safe store. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors swept/mopped, and areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
