Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Kissimmee, FL location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior retail or customer service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent movement throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform standing/walking duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
