Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Anna, TX to deliver friendly service, handle cash transactions, restock merchandise, and keep a clean, safe store environment. You will assist customers, unload deliveries, and support daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
