Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Stoughton, MA store and provide a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and unloading merchandise, with a focus on safety and respectful interactions among customers, teammates, and leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and help unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store.
• Other duties as assigned.
