Responsibilities include operating the register, unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring friendly, professional interactions with customers and leaders. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma is optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
