Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and reliable customer service skills. This is a part-time position based at our Waunakee, Wisconsin location with a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
