Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and cleanliness in a fast-paced store.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; previous retail or service experience is preferred. Part-time hours and a community-focused team are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Help unload trucks and stock shelves per productivity standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
