Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness.

Role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned*.
