Family Dollar in Pecos, NM is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process transactions, and maintain a safe, friendly environment.

This role emphasizes reliability, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong communication. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; part-time opportunities are available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
