Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help provide a great shopping experience in New Mexico. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail experience is preferred and a high school diploma is recommended. This position offers a flexible schedule and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
