Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals for a Customer Service Associate role in our stores. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and process transactions using the POS system.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, recovering merchandise, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store while ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise; complete transactions using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Unloading trucks and processing freight; stocking shelves and recovering merchandise.
