Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role involves unloading trucks, replenishing inventory, and ensuring safety and professional interactions with customers and teammates. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors swept/mopped, trash removed, and areas neat.
