General Duties and Responsibilities

People:

• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members.

• Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
• Handle complex customer orders and prepare items for shipping.
• Operate printing and binding equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Profit:

• Handle customer data confidentially and process transactions.
• Maintain equipment and store merchandising.
• Manage financial paperwork and adhere to policies.
