Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Maryland LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and support stock replenishment and store upkeep.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Annapolis area location, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and frequent walking/stooping.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms and common areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
