Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience preferred, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash emptied.
• Other duties as assigned.
