Job summary

Dollar Tree in Westlake, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and maintain store security of cash and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock and restock merchandise; keep store well stocked.
• Assist unloading trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
