Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team member to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience across our store. You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities include accurately handling purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and collaborating with peers in a fast-paced off-price retail setting.

• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety programs.
• Support and adhere to labor laws and company policies.
