Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness
• Adhere to labor laws, policies and loss prevention standards
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
