Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles change accurately according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety, and supports loss prevention goals
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
