You will contribute to loss prevention, merchandising, and a positive store culture, while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Applicants should have strong customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and lift items as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
• Promotes and upholds a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and manages cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Incorporates store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Maintains safety and compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
