Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain professional customer interactions. Part-time position in Mecosta Township, MI with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle cash responsibly.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces.
