Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized. This role emphasizes safety, customer relations, and teamwork on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous retail customer service experience is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform prolonged walking and standing
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and replenish merchandise
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks according to standards
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms and floors
• Perform other duties as assigned
