Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery/drug store customer service preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including bathrooms
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards
• Provide a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions
• Other duties as assigned
