Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Crossville, TN to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You will unload incoming merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and stock replenish in line with standards.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
