Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Tullahoma, Tennessee to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include helping customers with recommendations, managing the cash register, unloading shipments, and ensuring safety and order throughout the store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
