Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising (planograms).
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and backroom processes to keep shelves in stock.
• Execute in-store duties like SISO and AD set as assigned.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs and uphold SOPs.
